When we preach the gospel, we are simply to preach Christ.

Col 1:24-2:3

We owe it to them to tell them WHO THIS PERSON IS!

We have a treasure chest of facts about Christ that we can tell our unbelieving friend when we preach the gospel.

Col 4:2-6

Share the things you know about Christ when you preach the gospel.

Tell them that Christ died for the ungodly.

Rom 5:6-10

Tell them the amazing story of His resurrection from the dead.

Phi 3:10-11

Proclaim that Christ’s resurrection from the dead proves that He is God.

Rom 4:22-25

His pre-eminence – He is first in all things.

His supremacy over all things in heaven and on earth.

His all-sufficiency to meet any need they’ll ever have.

Eph 2:4-7

And tell them about His great love for them.

He loves them so much that He died for them even though they were His enemies.

And tell them that by simple faith in the death and resurrection of Christ …

…they will be given eternal life and be declared righteous by God!
