Proclaim the mystery of Christ

COL 1:24-29 - COL 2:1-3

The Lord gave Paul a treasure.

He calls it a mystery. It has been hidden from past ages and generations.

The mystery here is the amazing fact that Christ is in the saints - Jew, and Gentile too.

Because Christ is in us, we can eagerly anticipate the glory that awaits us.

Christ is in us, and so we can be sure that one day we will be revealed with Him in glory.

COL 3:1-4

As Christ glorified the Father by undertaking the suffering of the cross,

so we too are to suffer with Christ so that we may be glorified with Him.

ROM 8:16-18

But it’s really all about one thing:
he simply preaches Christ.

COL 1:24-29 - COL 2:1-3

When we preach the gospel, we are simply to preach Christ.

ACT 8:29-35

We owe it to them to tell them WHO THIS PERSON IS!

We have a treasure chest of facts about Christ that we can tell our unbelieving friend when we preach the gospel.
