Spiritual Gifts Part 130:   The seal is an emblem of God’s handiwork

F. The sealing ministry of the Holy Spirit,

The sealing ministry of God the Holy Spirit is God’s final stamp of approval which guarantees that you will be in heaven forever.

2CO 1:22  speaks of the Spirit in our hearts.  This refers to the Spirit abiding in and influencing the right lobe of our soul  where the real you does your thinking.

The indwelling of the Spirit is not an experience - it is invisible.

However, the work of the Holy Spirit on your soul and human spirit does present its effects from time to time in the experiential realm.

The manifestation of the Holy Spirit in the believer’s heart is a foretaste and a guarantee of the over-abundant blessings yet to be enjoyed in time and in eternity.

ROM 5:5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

He is also the first fruits of that inheritance, meaning we get our first taste of what is to come in the form of the ministries of the Holy Spirit to the believer after salvation.
