Lots for the Larrys  (self-righteous unbelievers)

1. Start with the material in Romans 1:18 - 2:1-16.  You who judge practice the same things.
2. Use the material in MAT 5:17-48.  This is where Jesus keeps saying “You heard it said..”  “but I say…”
3. The rich young man in MAT 19:16-26 and LUK 18:18-27 .  The impossibility of doing enough to earn your way into the kingdom of heaven.
4. Judge not lest you be judged. Matt 7:1-6.  By your standard of measure you will be judged. 
5. 1JO 1:8-10.   If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. 9  If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10  If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.
6. Hammer away at their HYPOCRISY.
