Notice of Pastor John's health, temporary service change

Please keep Pastor John Farley in your prayers as his cancer has returned and has spread somewhat. He will have emergency surgery next week to remove a tumor and then will begin treatment after that. There are some positive treatment options that he has been informed of and we'll pray that those will be effective.
Pastor John has requested privacy for him and his family while going through this difficult time and the hospital has said absolutely no visitors until further notice due to infection risks.
Due to the corona virus pandemic that is affecting our nation the board of LBC has decided to exercise caution and suspend services for the next 2 weeks until March 28, 2020 at which time we will provide further guidance. We are investigating some online options for next Sunday March 22, 2020 and will let you know when that is available. Also deacon Steve will fill in for Pastor John as necessary while the treatment is ongoing in the event Pastor John is unable to teach.
