Come and have Breakfast.

JOH 21:1-25

This is the most beautiful chapter that has ever been written.

Peter and John saw the empty tomb.

All but Thomas saw Jesus enter through locked doors, alive from the dead.

He showed Thomas the nail prints in His hands, and His side, which the soldier’s spear had pierced.

So they do what they have always done - go fishing.

This happened another time, at the start of the ministry of the Lord Jesus.

LUK 5:1-11

Now that Jesus is alive from the dead, they will need a refresher.

JOH 21:3-8

By the way, God’s omnipotence - His power, is also toward us who believe.

Eph1:15-19

JOH 21:12-14

It was the same meal which He had provided for the five thousand.

JOH 6:1-14

He serves an intimate breakfast of bread and fish to His disciples.

JOH 21:12-14

A beautiful sunrise. A hot breakfast. A very human experience.

The beginning of chapter one speaks of the deity of Christ.

So we began with His deity, and we end with His humanity.
